SPECIAL NEEDS PROGRAM

2014 saw the start of a Special Needs Programme for children with disabilities. With the help of board member, Ms Denise Hill,  a Neurodevelopmental Physiotherapist, we made progress in identifying children with special needs from the areas in and around Bethlehem.

​

Plans were made to assist these children and their families in the belief that their lives would be significantly improved and enriched by our interventions.

The Special Needs Centre at Tshepang opened in January 2015, and in May 2016, Tshepang was honoured to receive the National Development Association (NDA) 1st Prize for the best Special Needs Centre in South Africa.
