PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

 This programme is designed to support and encourage the matrons who are running ECD centers in the area. They are often isolated and struggling against overwhelming odds. 

​

Mentorship is vital. We support them with resources, encouragement, upgrading of skills and a network of professionals just like them who can share skills and offer workshops

 They meet on a monthly basis to share ideas and to help upgrade each other skills and expertise in running a creche and caring for children.
